D 5I 23I & C II 292

Dear Friends
Loko-Jenbach, as well as the other in the M.Polo loco collection (S 3/6, 685.196, 740-451, 98-507, Westinghouse, 06-018, Ljubljana-7) ideally introduce D 5I 23I at the Kahaku (see also in this blog Deep-Ocean) and C II 292 at Shimbashi Station both in Tokyo. Each one exhibits a powerful profile (see the images) in any detail similar to other ones of different country locos of the same class and in particular a different model of Westinghouse brake.  Lacking information about them I would be grateful for your help.

Loko Jenbach

Dear Friends

in my last journey to Verona, I had the pleasure to met in the nice Jenbach  Hermann or BBÖ 2, one of the locomotives of the Zillertalbahn. Smaller than BBÖ 3 (see also in this blog  3 ) and BBÖ 5,  Hermann exhibits a curious inclined upper structure (see the images), I never seen before but probably known by the experts, ideal for facilitating the work of operator and driver along the steep track of the historical Zillertal. Metempsychosis

Dear Friends

I never suspected in a walk in a forest near Munich, that after it I was dazzled by a revelation similar to that Someother else received on his way to Damascus.  Everybody is acquainted with the concept of Metempsychosis or Reincarnation of a soul after the death in a body of the same or different nature, but how this concept emerged, this was one of my challenging problems up after said walk. In fact, in reminding of the cut trees seen covered by mushrooms or new shoots (see the images) the solution appeared obvious. Comments from your sides are welcomed.

Dear Friends

as in the past (see in this blog: Liorzou ar palud, mushrooms Iceland, Jurassic mushrooms, Ammersee mushrooms), the mushroom seasons is again opened in the woods and forests around Munich. Relax in walking close to surviving, lonely monuments and attention in the search. I advise you against the harvesting of them unless you are really specialists or you limit your harvest to few known, good ones. Rather, I suggest to you to enjoi their incredible, coloured, expressive personalities (see the images).
