Dear Friends

convinced that my VP-EYE 6600a was an old, no longer suitable for search Microscope, I was of the mind of having to get rid of it. But, fortunately, I decided to test it once again. My Laptop recognized it easily, switched on its illumination system and started the dialogue (see the images). The images of portions of a Wasp, surprisingly showed so a high quality that changed my mind.

time to walk last Sunday, one of the last in this unfortunate 2020. The forests near Munich offer many long and relaxing paths bringing at the discovery of Seasonal Treasures. Especially Amanita muscaria

disclosing its nice, red and dangerous livery (see the images). Look but don't touch, that's the wise motto. Comments from your side are welcome.

sunny day last Sunday here in Munich, ideal for a relaxing walk. Expected were many nature seasonal treasures. Mushrooms came numerous showing their nice shapes and colours (see the images). Not certainly for being gathered, but for providing a real pleasure to the observer.

Vietnam in Munich

I was glad and a bit curious in accepting the invitation to test the Vietnamese cuisine. The selection action identified the Banyan restaurant (see the images) here in Munich. Its success comes not only from the dishes it proposes but also from the Vietnam atmosphere it propagates to the guests. Comments are welcome.

Walk after Covid-19

fresh air after Covid-19 confinement. It was time after all. The forests, Munich's pride, proposes themselves for relaxing excursions. Their many walking ways allow nature discoveries like those I made (see the images).

Gutshof

Dear Friends

Gutshof or Villa Rustica, is a well known ancient Roman concept having many exemplifications and applications also in other lands. That of Villa Rustica, near the ancient Bratanium, todays Gauting, here in Bavaria is that I visited. Covered by a transparent shed it let visible its nice Hypocaust and pieces of its treasure (see the images).

I was really impressed today morning in discovering, in a box together with other shrubs, a small flowerished one. Certainly small in dimensions, but big in its intense blinding blue livery (see the images). As Lobelia Erinus it was identified by Google Images and I am happy to present it to you. Your comments are welcome.
