M-Polo Pan Bulgogi
In a pan add sesame oil , sliced onions, tomatoes, red or green
pepperoni, crushed garlich in a quantity sufficient for the
number of participants. Add pepper , mustard seeds , cumin seeds and chili judiciously. At the same time put on the fire a pot with a sufficient quantity of water. Cover the pan and let
it cook 12-15 min, moderate flame, mixing and
turning every 2-3 min. In a bowl mix sesam oil, soy sauce , pumpkin seed oil , oyster sauce , crushed garlic, pickled ginger , Korean Saeujeot (found also as Saewoojut ) and a tee spoon of sugar. Add in the bowl sliced pork (or beef, or lamb) meat in a quantity
sufficient for the
number of participants, mix and let it rest. When the water boils add the rice in the pot. At the same time, add the content of the bowl in the pan, mix and cover it. Let both cook until the rice is ready. After this time, divide the content of the pan in the bowls of the participants. Remove the rice from the water, drain it and dispose it in the bowls over the meat, sprinking it judiciously with chili. Serve the bowls with Korean tea and eat with chopsticks .
Preparation time: 35-40 min.

New life FD lenses
Dear Friends
as you know one of my dreams is to give new life to my collection of old Canon FD optics One solution could be to connect them to my Bresser CCD camera. For this reason I traveled Munich looking for an adapter. What I discovered is that providing new life to old high quality lenses is the dream of many peoples and this dream aliments a fluorishing market populated by old-camera shops and more or less competent artisans. My travel has brought me by a promising artisan who provided me with a good Adapter CAF that let me to do convincing tests with different FD optics (see the images). But at my request to buy the Adapter CAF, he refused by saying "I need this adapter as reference in my work". Therefore, my travel in Munich should, unfortunately, continue.

Singel 600 - 630
Dear Friends
my walk in Amsterdam brought me on the Singel bord where Singel 600 - 630 hosts the worldst bigger floating Bloemenmarkt. Spring is indicated for seen not only Tulips but also flowers and plants from all over the world which made Singel 600 - 630 populated as a Souq. Worthly end of my Journey in Holland. But still better conclusion was the lamb dinner whashed down with Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore before to run at Amsterdam Centraal.

Bunkers in Holland
Dear Friends
as already said rent a bike! Six Euros per day are sufficient for discovery Holland. However, it is better to prepare the discovery ! In my case, before to leave, I searched in internet for WW II German bunkers near Egmond aan Zee. As result, I found German bunkers around the pentagon of the old WW II Bergen airfield near the IMC 2016 venue. After IMC registration, I leave immediatly for Bergen confident in the receptionist words: "It is not really far. You should follow the bike path indications". Well, I got lost three times. Occasional joggers, cyclists and local peoples helped me. When I realised to be lost the fourth time, the first bunkers were just behind me. Eureka ! The bunkers are at the abandon, quite good preserved (see the images) and of logistic type (stores and personnel lodgement). Bonus by IMC 2016. The return to the venue was not less challenging. I ensure you that the bike trip was tiresome but the rest with a good Trappe very comfortable.
