M.Polo rustic sausages

Dear Friends
M.Polo blog given me some occasions to show how to play the chef  after Tae Kwon Do training, when hunger don't let me much time and patience for food preparation (see: Mr. Chef, Mr. Chef BigoliM.Polo lamb tajineM.Polo pan boulgogi). Indicated in such a situation are also the M.Polo rustic sausages.

M.Polo Rustic Sausages



In a frying pan add olive oil, thiny sliced onions and garlich. Let fry and add sliced dried figs, mustard seeds, walnuts, pine nuts, almonds and pistachios. Let cook 5-6 min under a cover mixing and turning every 2-3 min. Add at the same time haricots beurre precooked and fennel sausages in a quantity sufficient for the number of participants (indicatively two sausages per person). Add pepper and chili judiciously or generously if you prefer. Cover the pan and let cook 20-25 min mixing and turning every 2-3 min. Five minutes before end of cooking add diced cheese of your preference and let melt under the cover. In case of turkish cheese rinse thoroughly it before adding for removing the excess of salt.
