Dear Friends
Ethnology and Oenology, not to be confused with Ethology, ideally fuse in the Wine Museum at El Grifo winery near Saint Bartholomé in Lanzarote. The devices and instruments (see the images) indicate quality in the production, but I am happy of my visite it because they reminded me that wine, avoiding exagerations, open barriers deep in each of us and predisposes to a friendly approach with the other. Comments are welcomed.
