Dear Friends
because my Taek master was ill, I was asked to lecture at his place. I replyed "willingly" and rapidly I thought about the exercises to propose to the students. Warm-up body-free exercises, Kicks, Poomsae for all and Koryo and Kumgang for the more experienced. The lecture was successful. At the end I had an applause.
