Unseen Oceans

Dear Friends

the Oceans are perfectly visible both from space and Earth, but Unseen Oceans  at the AMNH in New York is successful in remind us that Plankton is the base of our existence on Earth both as first ring of the food chain and Greenhouse Gas trap, unfortunately sensitive to global Ocean Warming. My congratulations to the organizers.

AMNH in New York

Dear Friends

it is really impossible to accumulate all the cultural issues of the AMNH or American Museum of Natural History, if you prefer, in New York. Therefore, I suggest you, in case of a visit, to arrive well before the opening and to concentrate so as to pay more attention on some, few of them. Paleontology Temple, in my visit, is one of them, that I considers in close connected with those of  Moscow, Beijing, Shanghai-1, Shanghai-2 and other examined in the past on this blog. What it adds ? All and probably still more (see the images).  Comments from your side are welcomed.

Central Park

Dear Friends

upset by an external, aggressive Anthropization and, unfortunately, also by a strong, internal  human presence, it is however not difficult in Central Park to discover isolated, small islands preserving other presences. Flowers, vegetation, free wild animals evidently, but also emerging, unusual, dark Schists. Their livery, looking carefully, shows the parallel grooves, see the images, work of a 12.000 year old New Yorker glacier. Comments from your side are welcomed.

Big Tour

Dear Friends

afetr my visit to Oregon, I regretted (see in this blog: Preparing Japan) not to have realised the opportunity to make the World Tour: Munich - Portland - Tokio - Munich. This is the background of my Big Tour: Munich - New York - Los Angeles - Tokio - Munich. Manifested itself in the night as a dream, materialized in two weeks. At the moment, the Atlantic crossing is accomplished and I am glad to send you the first images from New York City. Strange, the bell towers here cannot make concurrence to the skyscrapers.
