Wedding in Daoulas

advertised in the Winter Oasis of the Daoulas Abbey, the Petits Arrangement$ avec l'Amour
describes the Wedding by different ancient and contemporary cultures, not forgetting Polygynic , 
Polyandric , Same Sex weddings and lack of women situations. The objects and the images at the Petits Arrangement$ suggest, through the wedding, an happy and prosperous future, which, unfortunately, is not always the case.

Daoulas - Winter Oasis

Dear Friends
aware of the show offered by the Christmas' flowers 2015 , I decided to visit, after two years of absence, the officinal garden of the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Daoulas in looking for a similar show. This time, because of the season, no concert of flowers and insects (see in this blog Daoulas - Botanic Garden ,  Daoulas - Botany ,  Daoulas - New Garden ), but rather the enrichment of the grey, serious and essential scenery of the abbey by a winter oasis of plants garbed by different green liveries (see the images) for the joy of the quite numerous visitors.

Liorzou ar Palud

Dear Friends
the Liarzou ar Palud or Palud Gardens , on the board of the Elorn river, represent the dream of the municipality of Landerneau to create an urban forest. But, moon, rains and winds, especially in winter, conspire in causing high tide coefficients and, consequently, salted sea water frequently (see in this blog landerneau-1 , landerneau-2 ) invades the terrains of the municipality and the Gardens preventing the growth of  trees. However, many other vegetal species endure the salinity of the Gardens and contribute to generate a wonderful urban bio-diversity park (see the images), as advertised by the numerous panels along the Gardens and their ideal continuation on the boards of the channel and the river. Surprisingly, mushrooms too successfully sustain the salinity trial and manifest (see the images) their nice photogenic aspect.
