Die Belageung von Erfurt - 1813-1814

Dear Friends
unfortunately not advertised in time, because organised late, last Friday took place the M.Polo excursion to Erfurt in which Jean-Luc and me visited: Die Belagerung von Erfurt (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belagerung_von_Erfurt_(1813)) at the Stadtmuseum (http://www.stadtmuseum-erfurt.de/museum.html) of the same town. This small but interesting exhibition, through different artefacts discovered and pictures, documents well the suffering of the besieges because of the blockade and subsequent conquest of Erfurt by the Prussian, Russian and Austrian armies.
