Dear Friends
having in the past purchased pieces of meteorites for study, the M.Polo fascination of the discovery has pushed me to check the performances of MS-01 applied to the Widmanstätten structures http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Widmanst%C3%A4tten_pattern at the surface of a Cape York meteorite http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cape_York_meteorite , http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3876257/ fragment from Greenland http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cape_York_(Greenland).
Where is kamacite http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamacite ?, Where is plessite http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plessite ? Where is taenite http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taenite ? See the visions - it is to me not possible to tell you. What I can say is that the first three visions made with Optech 4-01-160 micro-lens present about 60X of magnification and the last two visions made with Optech 10-025-160 are taken at 135 X. I would be grateful to you if you can help me in distinguish in the visions kamacite, plessite and taenite.
Salutations
Giancarlo
