thanks to my TomTom 25M, which suggested a shorter way than usual for coming back from Brittany, I had, as 2016 bonus Nancy , the town of the Portals . Placed near and around the Place Stanislas , of different periods and architectural styles, sometime military, sometime political, sometime religious, they mark the stability and safeness dear to its inhabitants and protect its cultural and artistic richnesses (see the images and hear the church organ music).
