Asparagus omelette

Dear Friends
unfortunately, I don't like neither white Asparagus, nor green Asparagus but I like a lot Ornithogalum pyrenaicum named also wild Asparagus. Why not to play M.POlo Chef omelette together.
This is the Asparagus omelette receipe for one person.
In a frying pan add Olive oil. Let the oil heat-up at living fire. Add a sufficient quantity of Cherry tomatoes and cherry Onions of your choice. Cover the pan with a cover and let cook few minutes. Mix, turn and add palm dates, dried figs cutted in slices, pine nuts, garlic. Cover again the pan and let cook few minutes. Break the shell of three eggs and let them fall in the pan. Cover again the pan and let cook few minutes. Flavour with Cajun or Black pepper judiciously or generously according to your preference. Dispose a sufficient quantity of wild asparagus over the preparation (see the images), cover the pan and estinguish the fire. Let warm few minutes. If correctly timed, the vegetables remains slightly crunchy and preserve their flavoures.
Serve in adequate dishes. Preparation time: about 12 min. Proposed wine: Amarone della Valpolicella .
