coming home late from Tae Kwon Do or after working hard and late on posts or papers, sometimes, I like to play the role of a Chef, for easily preparing good food. The following are two examples of quick Recipes . Comments and suggestions from your side are welcomed.

M.Polo Bruscheta Rustica
Cut the bread in a quantity sufficient for the number of participants, add olive oil on the bread if it is a bit dry.
In a bowl add a little olive oil, thiny sliced sweet French onions (please, don't use French schallots they are too bitter and rend the Bruscheta uneatable) and thiny sliced tomatoes.
Add garlich, mustard seeds, cumin, black pepper and chilly judiciously.
Mix gently and spread on the bread.
Preparation time: 5 min. Proposed wine: Amarone Acinatico
M.Polo Langouille Omelette
In a frying pan add olive oil, thiny sliced spring onions, thiny sliced green pepperoni, thiny sliced tomatoes in a quantity sufficient for the number of participants. Cover the pan and let cook 12 min mixing and turning every 2-3 min. Add a sufficient quantity of Langouille . Make slight concavities and dispose frisch eggs. Let cook up to when the eggs coagulates.
Preparation time: 20 min. Proposed wine: Amarone Vaio Armaron
