me too as many other in Verona have seen with interest the ambitious project of transformation and valorization of the dismissed areas of the casernes Passalacqua and Saint Marta . Ambitious because of the the complex restructuration and adaptation of many ancient military buildings as campus of the University ; ambitious because of the 211 of apartmants, stores and undergrounds parkings to be constructed; ambitious because of the probably underestimated burocracy times of 2 years; but mostly for the optimistic estimation of 5 years for the accomplishment of the whole project started in 2009. And yet it moves . Walking around, here and there it can be noticed that project slowly advances. However, its accomplishment is not yet visible at the horizon (see the images). Any comment from your side is welcome.
