White Oceanopolis

Dear Friends
White or Cold Oceanopolis let me appreciate, with a bit of fear, the ongoing changing in the concept concerning the Arctic World and the Antarctic World . From far, incontaminated Worlds, object of curiosity, exploration and study, to now near Worlds menaced in their integrity and animal population by environmental disasters like Global Warming and Ozone Depletion , and ready for human commercial exploitation and stripping of their richnesses accumulated in million of years of evolution. It is possible to limit the damages ? Our life will be better ? I don't think so. Please let me have your feedback.

Coloured Oceanopolis

kingdom of nice creatures this is Coloured Oceanopolis. It allows us to ideally separate us from ourselves and let our mind to dive in another World, although on the same our planet. A World of coloured peaceful and dangerous creatures at the time, now at risk because of our increasing presence and invading expansion.

Luminous Oceanopolis

Dear Friends
having practically nothing to do in Brest, last Tuesday (28/12/2015), I accepted the suggestion to visit Oceanopolis , although I already was there. I found this year, with respect to the past, that temporary exhibitions enrich the cultural patrimony of its permanent, living collections. Noel Magique en Arctique (see the images) permitted me of nicely relive the magic Finland nights, at - 30° C, spent with our Jean-Luc, to admire and document the electromagnetically created Aurorae (see in this blog: Aurorae 2013 , Finland Aurorae and  Spitsbergen-Svalbard Aurorae ). Any comment is welcomed.
