a chest full of wonders, this is the archaeo site of Sala Colonia / Chellah near Rabat (Morocco). The peoples, nature and history further shaped the site of the ancient Roman Sala Colonia with a later Necropolis with a Madrasa , a mosque with minaret, the mausoleum of Abou al Hassan and Lalla Chellah, the today built-above Storks city and the botanic garden. All these historically separated but topographically interpenetrated elements contributed on the place to my astonishment. Death, ruins, flowers and storks show a scenario after the end of our civilization if we will be not wise.
