Todaiji

Dear Friends
in my knowledge there is no sacred animal in Buddism (but maybe I am wrong - please let me know), therefore I was very surprised by the lot of fallow_deers populating the Todaiji. Beautiful and peaceful they naturally conduct the visitor to the presence of Daibutsu which unabashedly, entoured by his grim guardians, graciously dispense his kindness and mercy (see the images).

Kaiyukan Osaka

Dear Friends
Japanese love for the sea, reminds immediatly the Kaiyukan in Osaka, where it is taught and lived. Is there  love by the Kaiyukan guests for us? Difficult to say but possible! The majority of them show indifference for us, but some distinct of them exhibited at least sincere interest for us, strange creatures living outside their Habitat (see the images). Your comments are welcomed.

Deep Ocean at Kahaku

Dear Friends
you are certainly aware of the Japaneses special sea love testified by the traditional row seafood Sushi and  Sashimi, but this love exulates much more far and deep. Deep Ocean  at the Kahaku or National Museum for Nature and Science at Ueno (Taito - Tokio) helps to better frame this love explicitating in particular its scientific and technological nuances. Plunge together in Deep Ocean (by the images) and tell me your opinion..
