Lost 2020 ?

Dear Friends
the Covid-19 time (see in this blog: Therapy, Pepers, PalinurusForstenrieder-1), notwithstanding the de-confinement, unfortunately is not yet terminated. I experienced this yesterday in front on my preferred Supermarkt (see the images). Loss of time because of Covid-19 ? Not exactly, free time for thinking to ourselves.

Forstenrieder-2

Dear Friends
announced as Wildruhezone (wild rest zone) is the animal kingdom of the Forstenrieder Park. Started as a sunny afternoon, soon after a wild downpour spilled on my head with lightings and thunders. Fortunately, the life observatory was not far and the downpour was short-lived giving freedom to the animals and allowing to set incomparable moments (see the images). Comments are welcomed.

Forstenrieder-1

Dear Friends
now the confinement from Covid-19 is relaxing here in Germany and is time to make up for lost time. Therefore, I welcomed the suggestion to visit the Forstenrieder Park not far from Munich. One time Hunting reserve (see the images), today Oasis of peace for animals, vegetals (see the images) and passionated photographers.

Chef - Rapid

Dear Friends
today, after my e-Taekwondo lesson at home, I reflected about a rapid receipt (see in this blog: Mr-ChefPan-Boulgogi, Saussages, Octapus,  Palm-Lamb, Asparagus, MayoSalad,  BigoliTajineSolen, Crab, Jacques, Sea, PepersPalinurus) for lunch. Im my mind, I figured out the following. Wash patatoes sufficient for the participants. Put olive oil in a pan over normal heat. Add the potatoes cut in cubes with or without peel according to your preferences. Add the onions cut into wedges, garlic and chilli judiciously or generously according to your preferences. Let cook 10 minutes under a lid, stiring every 2 minutes. Add the saussage cut into cubes. Let cook for other five minutes stiring every 2 minutes. Serve with red wine or tea.

Chef Palinurus elephas

Dear Friends
the confinement due to the Covid-19 stimulates deep reflection about our future as well as, in my case, Fantasy in the cuisine in looking for simple recipes, rapid to prepare, not always cheap
(see in this blog: Mr-ChefPan-Boulgogi, Saussages, Octapus,  Palm-Lamb, Asparagus, MayoSaladBigoliTajineSolen, Crab, Jacques, Sea
, Pepers). Now is the time of Palinurus elephas known also as Languste, not to be confused with Palinurus. Buy Langusta tails enough for the participants. Cut the Carapace longitudinally, cook in boiling water for 10 min and serve together with Cherry tomatoes. White wine of Tea according to your preferences.

Poomsae Cabaret

Dear Friends
I ensure you that it was a real pleasure for me to resume some weeks ago, at home my Taekwondo Training. Starting from Na position and through Taeguk 1 Jang up to Poomsae Keumgang, I was delight to observe that my body preserved its force and flexibility and my brain continues to master its coordination and harmony with confidence (see the images). I let to you to identify from which Poomsaes the images were taken.
