Dear Friends

in a rare brightening in the cloudy sky over Landerneau, some day ago, Moon, Jupiter and Saturn showed their magnificence and in particular, the last two the long waited 2020 Great Conjunction. Easy to observe and to record also with my small Coolpix 9700 after the sunset at the West (see the images). I propose it to your attention in waiting for the next one on 04/11/2040.

Dear Friends

let me say that the weather here at Dinard/Dinarzh (FR) add a further sad note this sad 2020 severely marked by Covid-19 pandemics, although the starting of vaccination lets hope in a better time. Rain, Hailstorm and the 110/120 Km/h winds of Bella. Notwithstanding this, the life continue (see the images) and a great expectation for the events of 2021 is appreciable.

Micro S7

Dear Friends

to semplify the managing of micro images, I decided to apply my S7 on my Optech microscope. The application was successful through a low cost adapter. The setup was not very difficult and rapidly I recorded good images. For this reason, I suggest to you too to try the application. Comments from your side are welcomed.

VP-EYE

Dear Friends

convinced that my VP-EYE 6600a was an old, no longer suitable for search Microscope, I was of the mind of having to get rid of it. But, fortunately, I decided to test it once again. My Laptop recognized it easily, switched on its illumination system and started the dialogue (see the images). The images of portions of a Wasp, surprisingly showed so a high quality that changed my mind.
