Dear Friends

the events proposed by our Etienne promote always interesting hinsights in the world of theater and music (see in this  blog Christian Reform , Salomé Salomé and t'es citron), Therefore, I accepted with pleasure to attend CaFe sloW MotiOn at the Eine Welt Haus here in Munich. At the theatrical question of a Coffeehouse threatened with destruction, in which director and waiters extemporize a theatrical performance for money to continue the Coffeehouse, the public and me too enthusiastically set out a clear Yes. Still again my best compliments to Etienne and the Eine Welt Haus team.

M.Polo rustic sausages

Dear Friends

M.Polo blog given me some occasions to show how to play the chef  after Tae Kwon Do training, when hunger don't let me much time and patience for food preparation (see: Mr. Chef, Mr. Chef Bigoli,  M.Polo lamb tajine , M.Polo pan boulgogi). Indicated in such a situation are also the M.Polo rustic sausages.

M.Polo Rustic Sausages

In a frying pan add olive oil, thiny sliced onions and garlich. Let fry and add sliced dried figs, mustard seeds, walnuts, pine nuts, almonds and pistachios. Let cook 5-6 min under a cover mixing and turning every 2-3 min. Add at the same time haricots beurre precooked and fennel sausages in a quantity sufficient for the number of participants (indicatively two sausages per person). Add pepper and chili judiciously or generously if you prefer. Cover the pan and let cook 20-25 min mixing and turning every 2-3 min. Five minutes before end of cooking add diced cheese of your preference and let melt under the cover. In case of turkish cheese rinse thoroughly it before adding for removing the excess of salt.

it is a pleasure, sometime like today, to have a look to the statistics of our M.Polo blog. I remarked that  Horizon 45.000, i.e. the milestone 45.000 pageviews from the blog begin, has been quietly exceeded  by pageviewers from all over the world and using all the available browsers and operating systems (see the images). The number of posts, not shown by the statistics is 631. If you have suggestions about new M.Polo centres of interests and about blog's improvements, please, let me know.

A lagoon before time

Dear Friends
ignored by the public, which pay more attention to what happen in other museums here in Munich, the Paläontologisches Museum surprises for its capacity of providing the public with high quality exhibitions (see in this blog Dinos and Rancho la Brea - Los Angeles), like this last Lagoon before Time, in occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the excavations in Brunn (Bavaria). Ideally connected with the Mineralientage 2016
of few days ago, it too shows rather complete, small brilliant fossils (see the images), many of them not yet completely studied and assigned to specific species.  I thank our Gianni for the suggestion to attend Lagoon before Time and I wait for your possible comments.
