Dear Friends
starting March I thought that the Winter was over and that the time of deep cold and sad days was terminated but it is not so. Global warming still does not get us the eternal springcan but reserves bad surprises (see the images) as I experimented in my last journey through the Alps, my short stay in Verona and my return back to Munich. Good consolation in the warm cave of the already visited Locandina Cappello (see this blog: Saint Giorgeto) in Verona with a pantagruelian Piatto della Tradizione Veronese based on Polenta married, among other, with Sopressa veneta, Monte veronese and Amarone (see the image). Comments from your side are welcomed.
