walking in Jurassic Park (Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Jura - http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parc_naturel_r%C3%A9gional_du_Haut-Jura) near Giron (FR) my thoughts were perturbed by the observation that many vegetal creatures assume willingly the form of spheres or spheroids. This suggested me that sphere (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sphere) or spheroids (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spheroid) are not only well known geometrical loci created by our brain, but also loci proposed to us by the Nature. Any comment from your side is welcomed.
