weekend in Verona. Ideal occasion for deepen the knowledge of the town. But, what a deep disappointment in seen that the State Archive, which I visited many times in the past, moved from its convenient location in the downtown to the rather peripheral, not well served by public transports, area of the Ex-Mercato Ortofrutta. Being there, I was in any case delight in seen, reaching the Archive, that the Ex-Mercato buildings were not demolished for new constructions but objects of Industrial Archaeology involving their recovery, restructuring and a new use of them (see the images). Comments are welcomed.
