All we known that for Rome the Forum Romanum https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Forum represented the main place in which citizen met for deciding and to celebrate victories. Im Zentrum der Macht makes clear that through successive addition and restructuration of palaces it losts its original purpose of market, place where to meet, to drink and to decide, during the Roman Kingdom and the Republic, for assuming the function of place where to know the decisions of the power during the Roman Empire.
