my attention on orchids http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orchidaceae was stimulated by a conversation with our Gianni about the classification of one of them incidentally disclosed on our blog: http://m-polo.blogspot.de/2014/04/bee-or-not-to-bee.html (second image). But today morning visiting Floraland http://www.hagebaumarkt-muenchen.de/floraland/mn_19568 by Hagebaumarkt Brunnthal http://www.hagebaumarkt-muenchen.de/standorte/brunnthal/mn_19082 together with our Etienne, I realised that, at least at the supermarkts, it is orchids time. Cheap, minute and wonderful they infuse peace in the heart. Living practically in any environment glaciers excluded but deserts included, now it is not rare to find them also in city (see the last image).
