Turkmen

Dear Friends
back to München, this afternoon, took place, unfortunately not announced, my M.Polo visit of
Töchter der Steppe - Sönes des Windes  http://www.museum-fuenf-kontinente.de/ausstellungen-und-sammlungen/sonderausstellungen/gold-und-silber-der-turkmenen.html  at the Fünf Kontinente Museum http://www.museum-fuenf-kontinente.de/   here in Munich. Although by now sedentary and urbanised, I cannot find a better definition of the Turkmen which, still at the beginning of the last century were nomads. All the Turkmen artifacts presented betray and confirm their still persistent, indelible nomadic soul imbued of  bright, windy, boundless horizons. Look at the images and tell me your opinion.
