Memory Duty

Dear Friends

it was the memory duty that guided me on the Weingut_I site in the Mühlldorf forest.The silence inside the visitor group and around in the forest evocated eloquently by itself the hazard of living in Europe during the last WW II . Certainly because of combats and bombardments but also because the inclusion in deadly, forced works (see the images). Comments from your side are welcomed.

Cesar Salad

the M.Polo Cesar Salad as the receipts proposed in the past (see in this blog: Crab Claws  , Solen Marginatus , Sesam Mayo ,  Asparagus Omelette ,  Palm Lam , Octapus , Rustic Saussages , Pan Boulgogi ,  Lamb Tajine , Bigoli , Chef ) is tasty, easy and quickly to prepare.

Wash the salad you prefer in a quantity sufficient for the participants. Put the washed salad in bowls in a quantity sufficient for each participant. Season with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil and salt according to your preference without mixing. Garnish with shepherd pepperoni mild or spicy, Garlic , pine nuts, Cherry Tomatoes and Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano flakes.

Preparation time: about 20 min. Serve with sesam bread and white or red wine according to your preference.

it is unnecessary to go far for admiring wonders. It is sufficient to look down, to the ground for discovering the delicate, coloured Geometries (see the images) proposed by the Nature. It is very simple and it provides deep, spiritual satisfactions. Comments are welcomed.

Enchanted worlds

Dear Friends

in this Easter period the invitation is to peace, meditation and contemplation. Better to leave Verona to avoid distractions and find refuge in the nearby Lessinia woods. This I tried during my stay and green, yellow, white, blue, rose, see the images, accompanied my walk in enchanted worlds. Comments are welcomed.
