Chef - Rapid

Dear Friends
today, after my e-Taekwondo lesson at home, I reflected about a rapid receipt (see in this blog: Mr-ChefPan-Boulgogi, Saussages, Octapus,  Palm-Lamb, Asparagus, MayoSalad,  BigoliTajineSolen, Crab, Jacques, Sea, PepersPalinurus) for lunch. Im my mind, I figured out the following. Wash patatoes sufficient for the participants. Put olive oil in a pan over normal heat. Add the potatoes cut in cubes with or without peel according to your preferences. Add the onions cut into wedges, garlic and chilli judiciously or generously according to your preferences. Let cook 10 minutes under a lid, stiring every 2 minutes. Add the saussage cut into cubes. Let cook for other five minutes stiring every 2 minutes. Serve with red wine or tea.
